Ashwagandha root
The ashwagandha plant is botanically known as Withania somnifera root. It is a member of the Solanaceae (nightshade) family. Ashwagandha root is also commonly called Indian ginseng, winter cherry, and somnifera root.
The literal meaning of the word ashwagandha is "smell of horse" because the fresh roots of the herb are said to smell like a horse. As the story goes, it's believed that when you consume it, you may develop the strength and vitality of a horse as well.
This root generally contains a number of beneficial compounds, including a group of steroidal lactones such as withaferin A, withanolide D, and withanone that support a healthy immune system.
Additionally, it typically features flavonoids, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione, alkaloids, amino acids, sterols, tannins, and lignans. These compounds contribute to its potential benefits.
Something else to note about ashwagandha overall is its potential ability to positively affect general health by bolstering DHEA levels (often referred to as a healthy aging hormone) and balancing cortisol output (considered one of the body’s main “stress hormones”).

Mullein Leaf
Mullein has been shown to aid wellness and help the body combat several health issues. Some research indicates that indigenous populations in North America used mullein to treat asthma, cuts and sores, and severe mucus buildups. Modern research has shown that different parts of the mullein plant support different parts of the body.

Blood Builder Iron tabs
Contains folate (folic acid) and vitamin B12 for red blood cell production, plus vitamin C to help your body absorb the iron. [1]

Zinc Balance
Zinc deficiency symptoms are outlined by the Cleveland Clinic and include frequent infections, hair loss, and changes in taste or smell.

Magnesium
What is Magnesium?
A mineral that’s essential for making proteins and promotes normal nerve cell communication, muscle contraction, and a normal heart rhythm.
Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and assists with more than 300 bodily reactions that occur constantly. About 50% of magnesium is found in bones, and the other half is divided among cells that make up your tissues and organs.*
A mere 1% of the magnesium in your body circulates in the bloodstream, but that small fraction doesn’t accurately convey magnesium’s importance there, as the body makes maintaining blood magnesium levels a high priority.*

Anamu
Anamu (Petiveria alliacea), also known as guinea hen weed, is a tropical shrub traditionally used in folk medicine across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean for immune support, pain relief, and reducing inflammation.

Liver Support: Dandelion root helps stimulate bile production from the liver and gallbladder, which traditional herbalists use to aid the body's natural detoxification and waste elimination processes. [1]
-
Digestive Health: The root is rich in inulin, a type of soluble prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and promotes a healthy microbiome. [1]
-
Blood Sugar Management: Active compounds like chicoric and chlorogenic acid in the root may help improve insulin secretion and carbohydrate metabolism. [1, 2]
-
Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory Effects: Dandelion root contains polyphenols and flavonoids that help neutralize unstable molecules called free radicals, reducing oxidative stress. [1, 2]
-
Diuretic Properties: It acts as a mild diuretic that can help increase urine output and reduce temporary fluid retention. [1]

Chlorophyll
